Our Story
Fudge It is a family business specialising in an ever-growing range of mouth-watering, gourmet fudges, nougat and rocky road. Developed by husband and wife team, Paula and Eddie Natale, the business started out as a home-based hobby but due to high demand quickly grew into a full-time operation.
Taken over by the Fudge it gang in 2022, Paula and Eddie have retired, after working closely with us to perfect the products you know and love.
The Natale family has its roots in the picturesque, mountainous, Abruzzo Region of Italy. The region is famous throughout the world for its culinary achievements, particularly in the area of confectionery. It is this tradition, expertise and love of quality food that the Natale Family in Australia has drawn upon to create a range of hand-crafted confectionery. The unique taste, presentation and qualities of the Fudge it product range is a blend of Italian passion and innovative techniques combined with the finest and freshest Australian ingredients.
